CareXpert Terms and Conditions

    Introduction

    • These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the CareXpert Partner platform by healthcare providers including nurses, caregivers, babycare specialists, therapists, and ambulance owners. By registering and purchasing a package, providers agree to comply with these terms.

    Registration & Eligibility

    • Providers must submit accurate personal and professional information during registration.
    • Verification of certificates and credentials is mandatory.
    • Only verified providers will be allowed to offer services through CareXpert.
    • Providers must comply with local healthcare laws and CareXpert guidelines.

    Packages & Subscription

    • Providers may choose from Basic, Bronze, Silver, or Gold packages.
    • Each package has a defined duration, fee, and set of features.
    • Subscription fees are non-refundable once activated.
    • Packages must be renewed before expiration to continue service.

    Features & Benefits

    • Common features: Verified Profile, Safe Payments, Flexible Scheduling, Post-Care Follow-Up Support.
    • Higher-tier packages include additional benefits such as Priority Listing, Training Access, Client Feedback Dashboard, and Marketing Boost.
    • CareXpert reserves the right to update or modify package features.

    Provider Responsibilities

    • Providers must deliver services professionally and ethically.
    • Providers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of patient information.
    • Providers must maintain respectful communication with clients.
    • Providers must comply with CareXpert’s Code of Conduct.

    Payments & Billing

    • All payments are processed securely through CareXpert’s platform.
    • Providers will receive payments for completed services as per agreed timelines.
    • CareXpert may deduct applicable service charges or transaction fees.

    Service Deal Options

    • Admin-Mediated Deal
    • All transactions between provider and client are handled through CareXpert Admin.
    • Admin ensures payment security, verification, and dispute resolution.
    • CareXpert takes full responsibility for Admin-mediated deals.
    • A 15% service charge applies to Admin-mediated deals.
    • Direct Personal Deal (Without Admin)
    • Providers and clients may transact directly without Admin involvement.
    • CareXpert will not be responsible for any disputes, losses, or misconduct.
    • Providers and clients assume full responsibility for personal deals.

    Post-Care Follow-Up

    • CareXpert facilitates client feedback collection and repeat booking alerts.
    • Providers are expected to respond to follow-up requests promptly.
    • Consistent follow-up improves provider ratings and trust badges.
  • 9

    Termination & Suspension

    • CareXpert may suspend or terminate provider accounts for violation of terms.
    • Providers may cancel their subscription but fees already paid are non-refundable.

    Liability & Disclaimer

    • CareXpert is a platform connecting providers and clients; it does not directly deliver healthcare services.
    • CareXpert is not liable for malpractice or negligence by providers.
    • Providers are solely responsible for the quality of care delivered.

    Data Privacy & Security

    • Provider information and documents are stored securely and encrypted.
    • CareXpert will not share provider data with third parties except when legally required.
    • All data usage complies with CareXpert’s privacy policy.
  • 12

    Code of Conduct

    • Providers must adhere to CareXpert’s community guidelines.
    • Misconduct, false information, or unethical behavior may result in account suspension.
  • 13

    Intellectual Property

    • CareXpert’s platform, content, logo, and branding are company property.
    • Providers may not use CareXpert’s intellectual property without permission.
  • 14

    Dispute Resolution

    • Disputes between providers and CareXpert will first undergo internal mediation.
    • If unresolved, disputes will be settled under Bangladesh law through arbitration.
  • 15

    Force Majeure

    • CareXpert will not be liable for service interruptions due to natural disasters, pandemics, or unforeseen events.
    • CareXpert will provide maximum support to providers during such events.
  • 16

    Amendments

    • CareXpert reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
    • Providers will be notified of changes via the platform or official communication channels.

    Governing Law

    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and applicable international standards for healthcare service platforms.

By registering and purchasing a package, providers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
